That's not too elaborate. If you had accented consonants, then I
assume that syllables had two mora, so you probably had long vowels
too.  Correct?

No, Livagian doesn't have moras as prosodic units. There are contrastively phonetically long vowels, but they are phonologically either vowel-glide-vowel sequences or are sequences of two tonic glides.
