Why, because

I'm less and less liking my answer awhile ago about how to say 'why.' Currently, the word
for 'therefore' is 'kaw', from English 'cause' and I add be to make bekaw, meaning
'because'. Now, it doesn't feel conjunctiony to me. It feels like a verb, and that doesn't
feel right. it seems like 'because' should be a pretty basic word, reversible to mean
'therefore.'

So I'm thinking of borrowing Turkish 'sonra' (therefore), reversing it to 'sarno' for
'because,' and using it thus:

zi ven kwasarno? you come what-because?
go ven sarno zi ciq go. I come because you invite me.
zi pa ciq go sonra go ven. You invited me so I came.

The only thing I have against this is that it's a two-syllable, and a shorter would, I think, be
better.

Also, I could redefine 'kaw' to mean 'because', taking away its verbal sense.

zi ven kwakaw?

Then, 'therefore' could be formed with 'co', which refers to the preceeding phrase.

zi pa ciq go, kaw co go ven.

I'm beginning to like this last idea better. Reactions?
