I would suggest "troy" to cover a wide range of meanings like "faithful", "loyal", "honest", "sincere" etc. If you want to specify more precisely "honest" as in "thruth-telling", you can use "haytroy", can't you.
I'm not sure whether "kore" is needed. One can also say that a sentence is factual: "to fra hay". If you mean that the sentence is correct as in grammatically correct, you can say "without grammatical mistakes" (for which you need a word for grammar, which I think could be "bolsiem" if we introduce "siem" for "system").
