It's amazing how complicated this gets sometimes. I do have 'via', which is pretty much identical to Esperanto 'lau,' meaning according to, along, following. Thing is, 'to fra hay' to me, seems to mean not that the sentence is true, but that it exists, but I may be mentally wandering around too much.
