I've given this a lot of thought, and I think I may have a solution. First, the normal Ceqli system is to have 'bracket particles' of the form x...beX.   to beto, etc.   And I was sticking to that with ti...beti. But I don't have to.  I can have bracket words of one syllable that don't have to be in that form. I picked zo for the name-terminator because the z won't interfere with any vowel, or lmnqr, that precedes it.  I want to keep it that way, which means the word has to start with z or s to be optimum (as the phonology seems to me, anyway). A little rearrangement will be necessary for this:  'za' has the current meaning of 'start', but that can change.  I propose that the name brackets be zo...za.   Zo to echo 'to', and za for the end bracket because it'd be slightly easier to pronounce, I think.   So we have: zo behanfa ze haym za  The United Nation. OTOH, maybe za...zo would be preferable, to keep the za from getting schwa-ized. That's the full form, no possible ambiguity.  Normally, tho, the last za would be dropped. OTOH, often the first zo might be dropped, in the case of one-word names, especially in compounds janza - John franzahaym - France helvezafroma - Swiss cheese. So when speaking, you'd have the option of using either or both brackets, depending on what you think necessary and sufficient. Reactions?
