"himl" with syllabic /l=/ would be closest to the German, but
I don't think an auxlang should use syllabic
consonants (or final clusters like "ml").
So I would go with "himla" if you can't find a better
source word.  (What about Latin "coeli" > "koili"
or French "ciel" > "siel"?  Or Chinese "tien"?)
