But, it actually alphabetizes the right way in certain contexts - specifically, in the ASCII character set. "'" comes after all the lowercase letters. "h" comes after all the uppercase letters. In a twisted way it works. Now you may object that a language shouldn't rely on any features of a certain computer character set - but the "h" never shows up in the language itself. Capitalization in Lojban is only used to stress a particular syllable of a name; the ' falls between syllables and never gets capitalized. Words like "GUhE" are the names of lexemes of the grammar, and are only used metalinguistically. -- Rob Speer
