The rationale was that the arguments could not reverse order, but could move
from one end to the other.

I give money you
You I give money
money you I give

And I don't know how useful that would be.  My idea was that it could
emphasize the word at the beginning.   But I see no reason why the
converters can't do the emphasizing.   I'd only recently heard about the
order you mention above, and I find it appealing.
