glyph shortage

If we're really pressed for glyphs, would we consider using the 
uppercase forms where they don't too closely resemble their lowercase 
counterparts? That would yield these additionals:

A B D E F? G H I? L? M N Q R T 

Klingon transliterated orthography does this. Looks lousy, by the 
way, but that's just an esthetic thing :) .
