One of the things I like about Ladekwa and some of the previous versions is that it is often very terse.  Common words are often a single syllable.  Another thing I like about Ladekwa is the default part of speech.  
I'll look at the Latejami text and rules some more (a lot more!), but I still favor the flavor of Ladekwa.  Maybe I'm just showing my resistence to change, but changing CyV to CVyV seems the simplest way to avoid the problems of all the CyV (and some of the CwV) syllables.  
One minor thing about Ladekwa I don't care for is the modifiers than end in "n" and aren't based on classifiers.  

I noticed the new result suffix.  It should be quite useful.
