I think the formulation for "How many firemen
were there in the firetruck?" in Ladekwa is not typically that, what I
would have written in order to express that thought.
The question in my opinion is not how many
firemen were _real_ in the firetruck, but how many firemen were _in_ the
firetruck. Therefore I would write
Zawtwama vezayse kune vezayti?
The same goes for the sentence "The four blue
vehicles are in the garage." I'd say
Sya zawtwama byeti datoa bonku dico.
It's a question of taste. (Chosing taste as the significant criterion, the decision
will be made.)
