Evenin' all. As some of you may or may not be aware, I'm developing two PIE langs, one with Turkic/Uralic/Slavic/Georgian/Armenian/Farsi/Pashto (basically, it didn't get very far in the first PIE diaspora) influences, and one with Greek/Latin/Hebrew/Aramaic/Syriac/Coptic/ Arabic/Ancient Egyptian influences (struck off more or less southwestish, give or take, until encountering the big blue wobbly thing). Both of them seem fair game for this list. I know more or less enough about PIE, but far from enough about any of the others. I'm in a hard and fast moderate-mania data acquisition phase (brought about partly by my wife telling me in advance that she's getting me a Core2 Duo machine for $WINTERHOLIDAY, to forestall my urges to buy upgrades for the existing machine). As such, I don't have the time, and can't afford the energy, to go Google myself up sufficient sites. Please, westasianconlangs, do my homework for me, I beg of you. I have some early, sketchy notes on both languages that I can post here if needed by any non CONLANG-L members. Paul Yahoo! Groups Links
