_wa:sI3atun_ (in case tanuwiin is pronounced as in Written Modern Standard Arabic)

-wa:sI3a_ (in case tanuwiin is not pronounced)

_wAs3a_ (in Spoken Arabic in Cairo, the vowel pattern /aa-i/ changes according to the phonological rule, according to Maurice Salib's text book, 'Spoken Arabic of Cairo'. In this example, The long vowel /aa/ becomes a short /a/ and the short vowel /i/ drops because it is followed by a short /a/.

Basically, stress is put on the second syllable to last in Cairine dialect, although there are some exceptions. I don't know about other dialect though.
