apostrophes

Apostrophes occur in one other place besides in a classifier, and that is in a modifier derived from a classifier by adding "y" after the initial consonant of the classifier. For example,
bigya'uklos - rhinoceros.
This is derived from classifier "bi-", meaning 'large grazing mammal', and "ga'uklo-", meaning "horn [on an animal]", and then the part-of-speech ending "-s" to make it a noun.
Thus, this word "bigya'uklos" literally means 'horned large grazing mammal'.
I tend to put the stress immediately after the apostrophe in this case, too.
