I found them myself today. I guess it is a full version. The Glosses of Reichenau are harder to find.

I ordered this book today: Die Reichenauer Glossen: "Textkritische Und Sprachliche Untersuchungen Zur Kenntnis Des Vorliterarischen Französisch". I hope there is much of the glossses in it.
