Well, I suppose that as an oblique nod to my original idea about a Langobardic-flavoured Germanic conlang, for what turns out to be my Romance-flavoured Germanic conlang could take a few features from Gallo-Italic Lombard dialects. :) Although, now that I think of it, Lombard dialects are supposed to be a bit closer to Occitan in some ways than they are to Italian, and I am not sure what the medieval dialects (which would reveal the sorts of sound changes I would want to use) would have been like. Does anyone know of any online info regarding particularly Lombardic sound changes from Latin?
