As it has been explained by others, "Romconlang" is not the name of a language, but the name of an entire family of languages: basically the Romance languages, but more specifically the Romance-based conlangs. Time to show off our own romlangs? Well then, here goes... Wenedyk is a Romance languages that's based on Polish. Just like Andrew's Brithenig (Padraic gave you a sample), it applies anything that made Polish develop from Common Slavic on Vulgar Latin. As a result, it has the same kind of relationship to Polish as Brithenig has to Welsh and Henrik's Thrótrunn to Icelandic. The "Pater Noster" in Wenedyk: Potrze nostry, kwały jesz en czałór, sąciewkaty si twej numię. Owień twej rzeń. Foca si twa włątać, komód en czału szyk i sur cierze. Da nów odzej nostry pań kocidzany. I dziemieć nów nostrze dziewta, komód i nu dziemiećmy swór dziewtorzór. I nie endycz nosz en ciętaceń, uta liwra nosz dzie mału. Nąk twie są rzeń i pociestać i głurza, o siąprz. Amen. (if the characters are showing up funny, you may as well see it here: http://steen.free.fr/wenedyk/texts1.html#pater_noster -o- And now that we're at it, here is the Pater Noster in my second romlang, called "Šležan". Just like Wenedyk, it's a Slavo-Romance language, but not specifically based on any particular Slavic language, and generally a bit less restrictive in its design criteria: Potr nostr, ky je jel čel, v il num täv ši sutevkat. V il řiň täv ovnirši. V la volutať tva ši fochta, taľ jel čel komod sär la tera. Da nov voze 'l paň nostr kotizany. J demiť nov li devti nostře, komod i nu demitem li devtuře sve. J nedyč nuš je tetaciň, maž livra nuš dil mal. Pračest ke tve sut il řiň j la poteštať j la hluřa, o sepr. Amän.
