I have yet to find an etymology for Portuguese, Italian or Occitan. Those and occasional good etymologies of English words from Romance roots have been my main sources, but I've also made use of _A Dictionary Of Later Latin, AD 125-750_ edited by James Houston Baxter. I have no idea if it's still in print, since I found mine at a used book store, but it was published by Oxford. I've found it invaluable for Greek borrowings into C-a since it notes Latin words borrowed from Greek during this period. Also a number of the Punic words in the C-an vocabulary come from this source as well.
