Hm. Good question! Sweet or sour, I take it? It
wouldn't surprise me if there were different
kinds of garum, but I have to admit ignorance of
them.

I do have a garum recipe (gotten from a book on
Roman cookery). I'm not sure whether it would
count as ducu or sau, though!
