OIC. I have misformulated my thought again. I should specify two different
sets of criteria for two different purposes: one for an IAL, one for an
a_posteriori realistic/naturalictic artlang.

For an IAL, it is indeed excessive.
For an artlang, it is the thing that (subjectively) makes it most
Romance-flavored.

Tiny irregularities make a language vivid. Especially when we meet the verb
"to be". For example, Esperanto word _estas_ is too long and stange looking
for me.
