These are not the exact letters, actually there's a point above them. 
The letter c, g and z (without the point) are also in the alphabet but 
c = /tS/ or /s/ before j/i/e, /k/ elsewhere
g = /dZ/ or /Z/ before j/i/e, /g/ elsewhere
z = /ts/ or /s/
