/p/ is taken directly from the Persian abjad

Ut.unata does not need thaa'.

/dw/ does not exist; /j/ appears as allophone of /i/.
Are you suggesting a less differentiated system like this?

/y/ [i], [e]
/'/ [a], [8]
//  [], [i\]
I've decided to add alif /'/ as a support consonant for vowels.
