Rick,
In LS 8.0 you introduce antonyms with the example 'hot/cold'. But 'hot/cold' is listed under the fourth type of opposite (scalar opposites) a little later, not the third type (true antonyms). What is the difference between true antonyms and scalar opposites?
One of the meanings of modifier "pun" is 'sitting'. But 'sitting' is listed under classifier "-xay". Is this a contradiction?
Also about 'sitting': the opposites of 'standing' and 'sitting' (both classifier "-xay") are given as 'lying prone' and 'kneeling' (classifier "-kwe"). However, I would consider 'sitting' and 'standing' to be more opposites of each other, and I wouldn't consider 'kneeling' to be the opposite of anything.
In the same way, the opposite of 'sweet' (classifier "-co") is given as 'bitter' ("-kay"). To me the opposite of 'sweet' is closer to 'sour'. Considering that flavors are composed of four basic tastes (sweet, sour, bitter, and salty), I wouldn't think any of them would be real opposites of any of the others.
