Katanda has undergone a major revision and is now called Nasendi.  You
can get the latest info on Nasendi at:

Compared to Katanda, the morphology has been completely changed, the
semantics have had only minor changes, and the syntax hasn't changed at
all.  The translation software is being rewritten from scratch to take
advantage of the experience I gained writing the first version.
