"batsa noa faju kiva"?

In this sentence from the "faju", "kiva", "niju", "noa" and "sunasay" entries in K-E,

>Batsa noa faju kiva di sunasay = What is that thing near the puddle?

shouldn't "noa faju" and "kiva" be reversed?  Sentences with "batsa" seem to have a 'designee' (the thing being identified) as patient with a description of the thing as the focus.  However, "noa faju" is so vague that it doesn't seem likely to be the description (focus).  And also, at least in the English, "near the puddle" modifies "that thing".  [In the Katanda, I think it's an oblique argument of "batsa", so it doesn't modify "noa faju".  Or does it actually modify (link to?) the subject?] 
Anyway, I suggest a better wording would be "Batsa kiva noa faju dindu sunasay".
