At a guess, we re not working on any one language but exploring design features for languages generally.  Your terminology calls up several different pictures, linked to the "3", "voice" and "role", at the moment.  Can you lay out more explicitly what phenomena in language situations you are referring to and what the difference are that the different terms apply to.  Then I can at least answer (well, maybe not) for Lojban.
