core roles and voices

Hi all!
i'd like to know what specific goals your respective langs aim at. 
i'm especially interested in matching core roles and "verb voices". 
how do you deal with that? do you have a 3-voice/core-roles as Rick 
Morneau or only voices or only core roles (as i maybe wrongly 
understand lojban has?) or what?
