Pri already means "beg", unfortunately.  How about "gul" from Cardassian?  Seriously, it's a 
good word. "Prim" might be okay.   To primceq - capital, to ceqprim - mayor.

I should have said, I think I'm reserving CVr for content words derived from CV's.

A possibility is "halwa" from Hindi, etc.

Good point ? I think I'll go with "duy" which is Romany and Bengali.
