It's already a GW. > bi I think okay, as it's a copula, equivalent to "=" I recommend setting this in stone. > bo meaning 'boss' > could become 'stro', truncating the Eo 'estro', but that's > rather too consonant-rich. How about 'bwan' from 'bwana'? It can take -i or -o > for sex. I like "xef", from Fra "chef", or Eng "chief" also cognate with Spa "jefe". Can also mean something like "main". > bu already GW > ca, ci, cu Already GW's as are co (what was just said) and ce (what will be > said) > da GW already > de no meaning assigned > di (animal) > this is a tough one. "bru" from "brute"? "fera" from Latin? How about "zo" as in "zoology". The "zoo-" prefix is familiar. > do GW already > du means "two" But numbers must not be GW's. Possibilities: duy from Bengali, > dva from Russian, byan from Garifuna, dul from Korean, doi from Romanian, daw, > from Welsh Depends on the shape you are trying for but maybe "dwa". "dva" is too hard to pronounce. From what you have here, I'd choose that or maybe "dul". > Three sets are enough. Appreciate everybody's input on the above choices. BTW: I have a question about Ceqli's website. Where is it? There are several I've found on the web but none that I've found appear to be current. Unilang Wiki could be a good home for it. Much better than Geocities. It's a bit difficult to make suggestions without a current reference to go by.
