sali and sila

I've been checking to see how Esperanto handles this stuff. It does have lasi for leave, which can take the prefix 'for', but only alveni for arrive. Tceqli now has 'frodja' meaning leave, and also the possibie 'kodja' for arrive. It's looking like sali and sila are superfluous.
This brings to mind something I've been thinking about. We have 'sta' meaning 'be located at', and, currently, 'prey' for 'near'. It seems to me that at, near, and far should form a pattern of some sort. So how about 

sta - at
staw - near
stwa - far from
I want to, if possible, relate the last two to 'sta,' but if we don't like the sound of them it's not completely necessary. But I think near and far from should be a reversal. 

A possibility is

pare - far (Hindi for 'away')
pera - near
And, for that matter, it seems like if we adopted this pair, pareko would mean 'away,' and paredja would mean 'go away' (from). peradja would mean 'approach' or 'near' as a verb. 

What the hey.  I'm going with pare/pera.  Sound better than staw/stwa.
And, pera is not the same as beside, in the usual sense. I'm adding Hindi palu for 'side', and 'palusta' is 'beside.'
