A phonetic principle is beginning to take shape here. Since Tceqli
has initial stress in morphemes, I have to disallow — this is hard to
describe — I can't allow a word like 'dalia,' because it can collapse
with dalya. If a vowel pair including u or i appear in a morpheme,
it can only be at the beginning of the word, and the i or u must be
initial, to prevent confusion with the equivalent diphthong. So
'diala' would be acceptable, but 'daila' would not. Make sense?
