Okay. Names are not a simple thing. I note that in Guaspi, James Carter uses two prefixes to make names. qu (for guaspi names) and qo (for foreign names). He states that the prefixes 'shut off' the morphemes in the names so that we don't think of them as words to be looked up. Well and good. Suppose we import this notion into Ceqli. For want of a better prefix, we'll just use the old ti. In guaspi, the names are to be regarded as no more or less than pronouns, so if we look at it that way. 

tijan xaw tibil.   John sees Bill.

Then we'd have tijapanhaym, ticeqlibol, tivabaxafiume (or just tivabaxa)
No problem there. Problems start to show up when we have phrase names, like tijorgevalkerobuxa, or the National Association of Obsessive-Compulsive Conlangers. 

I'm just free-associating here.  Bear with me.
How would tijapan haym be? Should haym be part of the compound or not? What about a Ford? Go ten han tifordo? Go ten han tifordo tomo?
Or can ti be regarded as covering the entire phrase that follows it. Ti jino hu besta pilo pulo. (the man in the yellow hat), as opposed to Ta jino hu besta pilo pulo, which is an ad hoc referent? Always with the option of closing it with 'beti' to show the boundary.
