The easier way to get new a language Wikipedia, is to have an ISO 639 code for your language: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_639 You can check yourself how many (or few) conlangs got an ISO code. It's not impossible to get a Wikipedia without the ISO 639 code, but in that case, be prepared for a rather messy, uphill battle. (If you are willing to do your own hosting and administraion, you can have your own Wikipedia-like project at any time, as the entire software needed is freely available) BTW, as far as my research has shown, there is one other Wikipedia, having a (minimal) Ceqli article, Interlingua Wikipedia: http://ia.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ceqli I just discovered that I can read Interlingua, but I stepped back from trying to write, or otherwise I would have added the en version information to the ia version.
