I think for almost everyone, apart from some native English speakers who haven't learned a foreign language before, it is. And for Ceqli not to become to biased on English, it should not take into account too much problems only arrising for English speakers (if one took into account all languages in this way, hardly any sound combinations would be allowed, so you need to give in somewhere).
