You could also have iy and uy, increasing your vowel combos to 20, for 400 possibles. If you reduced your CC's to affricate forms, that is, P(F)V(V), you could have the 6 C's plus ts, tc, dj, dz, or ten, times 20 V(V)'s, or 200 pivor.
