I don't see any good reason why "kan tsa" should have to
be pronounced the same as "kan sa". "kan tsa" would sound
like an Esperanto word "kanca", which by no means sounds
just like "kansa". Or is is that you would pronounce
"kan sha" the same as "kan cha"?
