To elaborate, my original basis was flawed and you've fixed it.  I had the
'jay' words basic.  Ci, ca, cu.  You have made the adjective-forms basic,
and I like it better.  Only teensy disadvantage is that we can't use kwa as
much as before.  Zi ten kwa?  Has to be come kwadiq or kwavo.  Or does it?
In that position maybe it can be considered short for those terms, because
there is no following noun for it to modify.
