Well, the only logical sounds I can think of would be 'ts' (which I hate as much as you), or the Scottish 'loch' sound, which I'm also not fond of. I have a hard time distinguishing 'ts' from 's' and the 'loch' sound from either 'k' or 'h', depending on context.

I vote for leaving it unused. At least for now.
