C: if not 'ch'...

I was sitting here wondering what the new sound of the letter C 
is/will be, since it is no longer 'ch'.  Please not 'ts'---that's my 
least favorite feature of Esperanto, Pinyin, and Slavic alphabets.

If it happens that you are planning not to use 'C', I would like to 
say that I much prefer that all 26 English Roman letters are used. I 
don't know why; it just seems more complete.  (It may have something 
to do with the fact that I don't want there to be a key on my keyboard 
that doen't have as use. Silly....yes.)
