Rick was working on such a program.  It was never completed, but then, perhaps such a program can never be completed, just as a language is never perfect.

I use mostly my own version of his language, so I don't deal much with Latejami per se, but it's still the basis of my version.  What happens to Latejami has a good chance of affecting my version.
