L22 reflexive verb

Concerning the English translation, here's another sentence in Lesson 22 with a reflexive A=F/P verb that I think should have no "self" on the object.

Your brother made his co-workers hostile to himself
when he represented the labor union.
Zokopambava zutasaw xevi licantozevaw zuhi dase xuzeva
     zuhi buzejagi.

If the sentence were "Your sister made her co-worker hostile to herself", then "herself" would refer to the co-worker rather than to the sister.  To make it refer to the sister, remove the "self":  "Your sister made her co-worker hostile to her."

Even if the version with "self" referring to the sister were correct, how then could the co-worker be referred to?
