You're right.  I was not consistent.

Technically, the quality derivation is the quality possessed by the
patient, such as heat/warmth, spaciousness, or remoteness.  The inverse
open noun is the actual measurement, such as temperature, volume, or
distance.  I've made appropriate changes to the dictionary and will try
to upload the result soon.
