"conference" vs. "meeting"

I just found "kekutezugi":
kekutezugi [P-s] - convention, congress, conclave. [Etym: big/high polarity + MEETING/CONFERENCE]

Some other modifiers that look appropriate are:
bin-     mechanical/technical/complex
    binzugi = project, mission, operation
ca-      good/want/purpose
    kocazugi = research
    fakocazugi = fieldwork
jen-    professional/expert/skillful
    (not used so far with "zug")

with or without "ku-" (number/count/group).
I favor "jenzugi", but we already have "kekutezugi", so maybe the point is really moot.
