I note that the word for "elect" is "dyebawpu" and the word for "area" is "byetaw", which could form the basis of a word like "dyebawbyetaw", or a government+vote+constituency+other natural location. How about "bawtye"?  It already includes the idea of voting area.

bawtye [P-s noun] - precinct, ward. [Etym: vote/opinion/choice/female + political area]
