The default BAS is not given by a suffix, so I think that's what has to be added in the dictionary, like this:
te[mba(ma)] - to tell (someone) about (something)

That's just the kind of information I was thinking of, although I was thinking of something more like:
te - tell. (mba ma) [Etym: "-te" is the classifier for 'speech act']
