So does that look just like a |thaa'|, except in final and isolate
position?  Or are the three dots in addition to the one dot of the
|nun|, i.e. a 4-dot diamond?

Raamaniyaan /J/ is Gaaf with three dots above, but that
graphy is supposed to have been invented by a Frenchman
used to _gn_ for /J/.  There is also Sindhi which uses
a modified Jim, although I don't remember the exact
modification ATM, and the Stuff is on the crashed computer,
which I, powers willing, will get back tomorrow...
