Ah, nice chart. It must be somewhere in our group files - I uploaded it there
last summer. Btw, you should use slashes (/), not backslashes (\) as a folder
divider.
Newgaritic consonats are pretty close to PS too. I'll try to make a chart a bit
later.

Why do you omit Ethiopic here?
Newgaritic shows some features common to Ethio-Semitic langs, though basicly
it's halfway between Canaanite and North-Arabic.

I'm sorry, but this part of the chart is totally unclear. What do you mean by
these proprotions?
