Good question.  Depends on how you create it.  You can make it regular in grammar and/or spelling, include new ideas for how to organize concepts, combine features of natural languages that you think advantageous, and, according to the majority of auxlang projects, make it much easier to learn in the first place, and, hence, a potential second language that can be easily used for communication between language groups.  Or you can just have fun with the idea.
