a new stress rule: stress on first syllable

Saweli has no prefixes.  A word starts with its classifier, and nothing can precede the classifier.  Thus all the morphology involves suffixes and endings.
Some natural languages that are similar to Saweli in this regard are Finnish and Hungarian, and both of those have initial syllable stress.
Since it works for them, it should work in Saweli, too.

The stress rule from now on is first syllable stress.  This will avoid the conflict between two-syllable classifiers taking 2nd-syllable stress and stressing derivations on the syllable before "n".
