Is the POS marker for conjunctions a productive derivational morpheme? Is is
possible to derive a conjunction from a verb, or a verb from a conjunction?
If so, what is its semantics? E.g. what does "tesa" mean? Or "kopye"?
They are productive in Saweli. Whether they are in Latejami, I'm not so sure, but I would use them as if they are productive.
I'm not sure what they would mean, though, which is the problem. "Tesa"/ze(p) as 'to and' just doesn't make sense to me, although a different gloss might. The same with "kopye"/vaver. If a decent meaning can be found for it, then the word is good. Otherwise it's just a potential form with no practical use.
"tes-"/ze- has no inherent structure, so that would have to be added explicitly:
tesye [No/Structure-n] - and, plus. [Etym: "-tes" is the classifier for 'true conjunction']
